If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Introduction and Scope of Services

Faremyairtrip operates as a travel aggregator and facilitator. We provide an online platform where users can search, compare, and book domestic flights.

Third-Party Providers: Faremyairtrip is not an airline or a direct service provider. When you make a booking, you are entering into a legally binding contract directly with the respective airline or travel supplier.

Service Acceptance: Your booking is subject to the specific terms and conditions, baggage policies, and cancellation rules of the operating airline in addition to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

To use our services or book a flight, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

If you create an account or use our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and tracking all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. Faremyairtrip is not responsible for errors (such as misspelled names) resulting from inaccurate user data.

3. Booking and Pricing Policy

Price Fluctuations: Flight fares, taxes, and availability are highly dynamic and determined by the airlines. Fares are not guaranteed until the booking is finalized, payment is processed, and a ticket number/PNR is generated.

Taxes and Fees: Total displayed prices include applicable government taxes, fuel surcharges, and a non-refundable convenience/service fee charged by Faremyairtrip for processing the transaction.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered successful only when you receive a confirmation email with a valid PNR/E-ticket from Faremyairtrip. If money is deducted from your account but no ticket is generated, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Payment Methods

We support various secure payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI. By initiating a transaction, you authorize Faremyairtrip and its third-party payment gateways to charge the total specified amount to your selected payment method.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

All flight modifications, cancellations, and refunds are strictly subject to the respective airline's fare rules, plus a standard processing fee from Faremyairtrip.

Modifications & Date Changes: Request for flight changes must be made within the timeframe permitted by the airline. Additional airline fare differences and change fees will apply.

Cancellations: Many promotional or discounted fares are completely non-refundable. Please review the specific fare rules before booking.

Refund Processing:

Refund timelines are subject to bank processing cycles and airline approval.

Standard processing takes Instant to your Bank or 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your Bank Account once approved by the airline.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for a flight without canceling beforehand, it will be treated as a "No-Show" by the airline, and the ticket value may be completely forfeited.

6. Travel Documents and Health Requirements

User Responsibility: It is the passenger's sole responsibility to check and comply with the entry, exit, visa, and health requirements (vaccinations, testing, etc.) of the destination or transit countries. Faremyairtrip is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Faremyairtrip acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for any flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, strikes, baggage loss, accidents, or force majeure events (acts of God) caused directly by the airlines or airport authorities.

We do not guarantee that the website will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses, though we take industry-standard measures to secure our environment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, designs, and software code on https://faremyairtrip.com are the exclusive property of Faremyairtrip or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping of data is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/state in which the corporate entity of Faremyairtrip is registered. Any legal disputes arising out of your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where our principal office is located.

10. Modifications to the Terms

Faremyairtrip reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
